Every position builds a daily history from the day you open it. The Your Historical Performance chart on each position’s detail page plots value, fees, rewards, and APR over the position’s whole life, with your transactions marked on the timeline.

How Position History Is Built

DeFi Orbit’s indexers record a snapshot of each position once per UTC day, capturing the position’s token amounts, that day’s fees and rewards, and both token prices at the day’s last block. The series starts at the moment the position was minted and grows one point per day for as long as the position lives—there’s no cutoff, so a two-year-old position charts two years of history.
Note: Position history currently covers Uniswap V3 and Aerodrome positions (including vFat and Revert). Orca and DeFi Tuna positions don’t have the history chart yet.

The Chart

One series is shown at a time—switch with the toggles above the chart: Event markers - Your deposits, withdrawals, fee collections, reward claims, staking, and margin changes appear as dashed markers on the timeline, so you can read cause and effect: a value jump lines up with a deposit, a fees reset with a collection. Hover a marker to see the events behind it; markers that fall close together merge into one with a count. Tooltips - Hover anywhere to read the exact date and value of each point.

Reading Performance From It

A few patterns worth knowing:
  • Position Value + the P&L card - The chart shows the path; the Total P&L and Impermanent Loss cards above it show the verdict. A rising value line with flat fees means price movement, not yield.
  • The APR series is daily, not averaged - It reflects what the position earned that day. The Projected Yield APR card uses a time-weighted average instead, so the two won’t match day to day.
  • Fees staircase - The cumulative Fees series climbs while in range and goes flat when the position is out of range—a quick visual check on how much of the position’s life was productive.
For the transaction-by-transaction record behind the chart—every deposit, withdrawal, and claim with historical prices—see Position History on the same page.

Plan Requirements

Full historical data requires a plan with historical snapshots—accounts without it see “Please upgrade your plan to access Full Historical Data” in place of the chart. Brand-new positions show the chart once they’re at least a day old. See Plans & Billing.

Portfolio-Level History

Position history covers one position at a time. For your whole portfolio over time, see:
  • The Portfolio value chart—your total value day by day, with custom date ranges on the Advanced plan
  • The Audit Trail (Enterprise)—daily net-worth snapshots with a day-by-day PnL chart and a PnL calendar showing each day’s gain or loss on a month grid
