Keep each client’s book in its own sub-account and hand them one portfolio link. Customers are how Enterprise accounts organize wallets per client and share a live multi-wallet view. Open Customers from the sidebar to manage them.

Creating a Customer

  1. Click Add Customer
  2. Enter a Customer Name (required, up to 30 characters)
  3. Optionally add the customer’s email—it’s stored on their profile for portfolio updates and reports in a future update
  4. Click Create—you land on the customer’s page
The Customers list shows each client with their wallet count and current portfolio value. You can rename a customer any time with the pencil icon; deleting one removes the profile and disables their share link, but never removes the wallets from your account.

Attaching Wallets

On a customer’s page, click Add Wallet:
  • Pick an existing wallet you already track—the same wallet can belong to more than one customer
  • Or click ”+ Create new wallet” to add a brand-new address using the standard wallet form, then attach it
Each customer page shows their wallets with chain and current value, and a running portfolio total. Removing a wallet from a customer keeps it in your account.

Sharing the Customer’s Portfolio

The Multi-Wallet Share card appears once the customer has at least one wallet:
  1. Tick the wallets that should appear in the customer’s shared portfolio—newly attached wallets start unticked
  2. Choose whether to Show Wallet Address (on by default)
  3. Click Save—fresh snapshots of the selected wallets are captured and the share link appears
Copy the link and send it to your client however you like—email, Telegram, Slack. The URL never changes for a customer, so a link you shared months ago keeps reflecting whichever wallets you currently have selected. Customer links have no expiry; use the Disable Link / Enable Link button to switch access off and on. A disabled link shows viewers “Sorry, this link has expired.”

What the Customer Sees

The link opens a read-only portfolio page labelled with the customer’s name—no DeFi Orbit account needed:
  • Totals summed across the shared wallets, with a wallet selector to toggle individual wallets when more than one is shared
  • Summary, value chart, token holdings, wallet breakdown, chain exposure, and allocation, all as a dated snapshot
  • Position metrics cards—estimated yield, pending fees, yield APR, P&L, and impermanent loss
  • With Show Wallet Address off, wallets appear as “‘s Wallet 1, 2…” instead of your wallet names
  • A Managed by attribution in the sidebar
To share just one wallet with tighter controls—like an expiry date—use a single-wallet share link instead.
