We've created two exclusive membership tiers for our first 100 paid customers:

You're a Founding Member if you meet ALL of these requirements:

2. One of the **first 100 annually-paid customers**
3. Chose an **annual pre-paid plan**

## Frequently Asked Questions

**What happens if I cancel my Charter Membership?**
You'll lose your Charter Member status and price lock. If you return later, you'll pay current market rates and won't regain Charter Member benefits.

**Do Founding Members keep their status if they cancel?**
Your Founding Member status and benefits are tied to maintaining an active subscription. If you cancel and return, you may lose certain benefits depending on how long you were away. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

**Can I opt out of being listed on the Founding Members page?**
Yes, absolutely. Being listed is opt-in only. You can choose not to be publicly recognized and still keep all other Founding Member benefits.

**How do I know if I'm a Founding or Charter Member?**
Check above your username. You can also check settings, membership tier will be displayed in the "Status" section if you qualify.

**Will there be future opportunities to become a Founding or Charter Member?**
No. These tiers are exclusively for the first 100 paid customers who joined before general availability. This exclusivity is what makes these memberships special.
